Before becoming a Realtor and earning her GRI and ABR certifications, Kim was a Registered Nurse for 15 years. Today, she keeps her finger on the pulse of real estate in Middle Tennessee. Any of Kim’s clients will tell you that you will not find a harder working Realtor anywhere.

Kim has over a decade of experience finding that perfect home or property for those special people. As such, she is also accepting new listings on a continual basis. She also has a talent for assisting executives with plans to locate their businesses in the Middle Tennessee area by locating potential sites and connecting them with the proper planning resources. The key to excellence is both knowledge and drive. Kim is constantly researching the market to ensure that she can market their homes or property effectively.

When Kim is not helping clients with Real Estate, you can find her with her husband of 18 years, John Walker, and their 3 children. They love traveling together but have never found a better place to call home than Franklin. John and Kim are active member of Franklin Christian Church and have been Impact Partners with WAY FM radio since before they were married.
