Janice has been a licensed Realtor since 1995 with all of her experience in the Middle Tennessee area. Prior to real estate, she was an award winning sales representative for a major corporation in a service industry. Also, she started and operated her own business for several years.

She has almost a lifelong association with the real estate industry as her late stepfather was a Realtor and builder. Janice works as a team with Jerry Sailors at McArthur Sanders Real Estate in Brentwood, TN. Whether her client’s need is a condo or a luxury home to purchase or sell, they can depend on the finest personal service. She spent seven years in new home sales and holds the C-RCS designation as a Certified Specialist in residential construction. She is a member of the Williamson County Association of Realtors, the Tennessee Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors and is a former board member of the Nashville chapter of the Women in Construction. An attitude of helpfulness is her watchword. Janice welcomes every opportunity in real estate and realizes that the best advertisement comes from previous clients.
